Lauren Schejbal, PT- Mayfair Physical Therapy
Lauren is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their movement. She specializes in outpatient orthopedic care and enjoys working with patients to build strength, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries. She believes rehab should be collaborative, goal-driven, and tailored to each individual.
Spencer Tredo PT, MPT, CMTPT – Cedarburg Physical Therapy
Spencer is a skilled manual physical therapist who helps patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. He specializes in joint and soft tissue mobilization, muscle energy techniques, trigger point release, and is certified in dry needling. As a certified kettlebell and bodyweight instructor, he also incorporates functional corrective exercise to support efficient, pain-free movement. Spencer enjoys working with individuals of all activity levels, from youth athletes to weekend warriors, and brings broad clinical experience from diverse settings across 12 states, including pediatric care and advanced neurologic rehabilitation. He now focuses on outpatient orthopedics, combining hands-on therapy with a patient-centered, functional approach.
Karina Folliard, PT, DPT – Saukville Physical Therapy
Karina is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love. She combines manual therapy with progressive exercise to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and a wide variety of conditions, and believes the best outcomes come from listening carefully, educating patients, and empowering them throughout their recovery.
As an avid runner, Karina especially enjoys working with runners and other athletes, helping them recover from injury and return to their sport stronger and more confident.
