Michael G. Crimmins, MD

Dr. Crimmins is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist with a subspecialty in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine. His clinical interests include diagnosing pain from discs, facet joints, sacroiliac joints, shoulder/hip/knee joints, spinal nerves or peripheral nerves and treating it with precise, image-guided interventions like injections or radiofrequency procedures. This often allows patients to stay active, reduce medication use, and delay or avoid surgery. He also helps manage patients’ pain with conservative treatments including physical therapy and medications with a non-opioid approach. In addition to interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine, he is proficient in doing nerve conduction studies and EMGs to assess for neuromuscular problems that cause weakness, numbness and/or tingling.
