OHOW Ranked #1 in Wisconsin – 2022 Joint Replacement Excellence Award from Healthgrades

Healthgrades the leading source of information that helps consumers find reviews and information on physicians and hospitals. Healthgrades independently reviews information hospitals submit to the federal government. No hospital may pay to be analyzed and no hospital may choose to opt out of the analysis.
To calculate their ranking, Healthgrades evaluated total knee and hip replacements based on in-hospital complications to determine award winners using z-scores. A z-score is a standardized test that calculates the difference between the actual and predicted complication and mortality rates, taking into account patient variability and volume.
